Coming Summer 2025!
Casting Breakdown
The show will have a small ensemble cast of 4 performers playing various roles.
I’m looking for all ages from 20+ and all genders.
Confident singers who are comfortable working with new song material. An eye for comedy is helpful and a collaborative attitude is key. Don’t worry if you can’t dance, neither can I.
I'm particularly keen to hear from POC / Global Majority performers. The show isn’t being cast with race-specific roles, but I really want the cast to reflect the richness and diversity of this area. Even if you’re not sure you tick every box, please do reach out - individuality, life experience, and potential matter just as much as training or credits.
Dates
Rehearsals : August 4 - 22 in Margate

We’re also currently confirming some performance dates for Margate later in the year.
How to apply
Send me a picture of yourself (doesn’t have to be a professional headshot, just a good likeness) and CV or paragraph about your experience as a performer.

Eglė has always felt like she doesn’t quite fit in, stuck between daydreams of wild adventures and a family that just wants her to be normal. But everything changes the day she meets a mysterious talking snake in the forest.
Suddenly she’s whisked away into the weird and wonderful Serpent Kingdom, a place where snakes have sass, turtles throw disco parties, and even the flowers are geniuses. It’s a dizzying ride of fabulous fun and unexpected friendship.
But even in a kingdom this magical, something tugs at Eglė’s heart - the home and family she left behind. To truly find where she belongs, she must bring the two worlds together… before it’s too late.
Based on a classic Lithuanian fairytale, Queen of the Serpents is an enchanting new musical packed with original songs, playful humour, and a heart as bold as its heroine.
